Music and me
Music and me
I am fond of music since I was four, when I started playing the piano. Then I took private lessons of classic piano until I was 16, including the attendance at the ‘Giuseppe Verdi’ Conservatory in Milano (Music Theory Certificate).
After interrupting formal tuition, I experienced all sort of music genres: medieval music, folk, progressive rock and, finally, jazz. Recently, during my stay in UK for almost 7 years, I got qualifications for Jazz Piano Grade 5 and Classical Piano Grade 8 at the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM), both with Distinction.

Music is a fundamental companion of my life. While being interested in all of its forms and instruments, I concentrated in the last few decades in jazz piano, double-bass and saxophone, and a bit of Classical piano. I am usually attracted by whichever music genre or tune that combines harmonic structure, logic and, ultimately, beauty.
